The Nissan Pickup was created in 1935. The first one was called Nissan 13T, a clumzy truck with the big cab and small square body. Then 14T and 17T models were made. The last one was produced until December, 1943. The WW2 stopped the manufacture of the company for 3 years. However, in November, 1946 the new model Nissan 1121 appeared. In 1949 was the debut of the 3135 model, the first one that was sold abroad. After that moment, Nissan was selling pickups worldwide. Nevertheless, the last generation of the Nissan Pickup will be produced only in Japan.
The Nissan Pickup NP300 is the representative of the last generation of the Nissan Pickup. The car has RWD and AWD versions. It has been created on the platform of the Nissan F-Alpha.
One of the main advantages of the car is its passing ability. The ground clearance is 230-240 mm that’s why the car easily overcomes the obstacles, even 45 sm dipped into the water. This engine can provide the capacity of 133 hp and the maximum torque of the 304 Nm at 2000 r / min. It works in tandem with the 5-speed transmission; the fuel consumption is 7.8-10 L of diesel oil. The car accelerates to 100 km / h during 14 sec. The maximum speed is 168 km / h.
